Trainer and In-Store Demonstrator

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Trainer and In-Store Demonstrator. In this role, you will be responsible for training and educating their retail and salon partners on the range of beauty and skincare products. You will also be responsible for conducting in-store and salon demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of their products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions in retail and salon environments on Mavala products, including product knowledge, application techniques, and selling strategies.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to support effective training sessions.
• Conduct in-store demonstrations and salon events to showcase the benefits and features of Mavala products, engaging customers and consumers and driving sales.
• Travel nationally to various locations with overnight stays ( expenses paid) to deliver training sessions and conduct demonstrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a training or demonstrator role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and resources.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel nationally and stay overnight as required
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute to the success of the brand.
• Full driving licence
• Preferred location southeast but nationally with good transport links will be considered

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualification in beauty therapy.
• Teaching qualification is an advantage but not essential.
  
• Previous experience in a national or regional training role.

Package

• Salary -£26-30k depending on experience.
• Commission OTE £3,000 per annum
