About The Role

The role is Southern Ireland.

Accommodation is provided on site.

This is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of an iconic luxury spa set within a private golf club.

The clientele are discerning and discreet, many fly in by private jet.

This is a private members only club and so highly exclusive.

The team are well bonded and look after one another.

The work environment is therefore one of fairness and support.

As Spa Manager you will be responsible for the spa and the day to day operational management.

We would like you to be NVQ level 3, CIBTAC or CIDESCO qualified just in case you have to cover for a VIP guest.

Generally this is a hands off treatments role.

You will have excellent communication skills and an open door management style policy.

It will be your responsibility to ensure your team are well trained in the product houses. Training is something the owners would like you to have a genuine passion for.

You will also be responsible for ensuring you are optimising occupancy levels where they need to be to ensure maximum efficiency and revenue.

Being able to motivate and encourage your team to success, using their strengths and developing weaknesses will be a part of this role. Being able to see areas where your team can develop and where you can teach them, is essential for this role.

You will manage with kindness and encouragement, inspiring them to develop their skills under your management.

This role will require you to market certain events that will involve the spa and it is important that you communicate well with our department heads, to promote the spa across the golf club.
