We are looking for a welcoming professional to support our client journey and amazing experience, you will need to be well organized, efficient and comfortable in a forward facing role of interacting with our internal and external customers.


Assisting with the daily communications, awareness of the daily diary of services to be delivered by the team so that they can welcome guests as they arrive, offering refreshments or leading groups to their designated space.


You would be key hosts at the in house events and promotions coordinating with external teams during set up and close down.


This role is for experienced Receptionists from a high end Spa or Medi Spa background, however it would also be suitable for hospitality professionals with experience in FOH or Events Management who have a passion for skincare and are looking for a change of environment.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Must be immaculately presented with outstanding customer service skills
  • Communicate with internal and external guests via email, telephone and in person
  • Perform receptionist duties, confirming appointments, checking guests in/out, selling products
  • Participate in and help organise store events, designed to promote brand image and awareness
  • Be a true ambassador of the brand and contribute to a strong culture and environment
  • Ability to work over a 7-day roster, including weekends & bank holidays


Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proven sales or performance based targets
  • Minimum NVQ level 3 qualification
  • Ability to work in a fast paced multi-faceted operation
  • Knowledge or passion for beauty and service driven environment
  • Extensive experience working within and adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies
  • Ability to learn and utilise POS Systems, clientele tools and software
