HydraFacial is opening a flagship store in Marylebone, where they will be offering free treatments to customers to increase the buzz and awareness of their brand!


We currently have an excellent opportunity for a driven Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team to help them run special events.


This position is well suited to a creative individual with a can-do attitude looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience.


The ideal candidate would thrive in a busy environment, enjoy the energy of beauty and events, and communicate well. You may also be from a therapist background who is now looking for more operational experience rather than performing treatments.


If you have a genuine love for luxury skin care and are looking for a progressive career within the Beauty Industry, then this could be the perfect role for you! You will be supported by the Clinic experience manager on all events on a daily basis.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the store’s events calendar
  • Work alongside the sales, marketing & training teams to develop creative event formats, agendas, speaker lists, invitee lists, and event materials
  • assisting all coordination & logistical support for events
  • Be the main liaison for guests and ensure smooth running of events on the day
  • Manage the events inbox
  • Assist with maintaining expense budget
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to sales, marketing & training teams


Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proven events experience, preferable in the spa and/or retail space
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage their own workload and prioritise time
