£24,000 plus £4,000 Bonus

We are very excited to be recruiting for our client. A premier medical aesthetics company, dedicated to helping leading aesthetic practices around the world grow their businesses.


They are looking for an exceptional, organised and dedicated customer service agent with a passion for Aesthetics and the ability to manage stress and complaints with a calm manner, and equally motivated to work on your own as well as support a sales team on the road. 


Your success will be based on the skills and understanding of the following objectives 


  • Ability to take orders via phone or email, interface with the customers in an efficient and pleasant manner and handle all financial transactions.
  • Will place, track and process all orders from the US to the UK and EU warehouses.
  • Process all requests for returns, replacements, or warranty items per established guidelines and procedures
  • Work with VP Sales, International to ensure proper inventory for direct market.
  • Manage the process for onboarding new customers. This may involve calls, emails and problem solving
  • Maintain current data for each customer in databases and online systems.
  • Help to support customer needs by working with cross-functional teams in the company from Marketing, Operations, Sales, etc.
  • Develop a knowledge of company products, services, and policies to respond to inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively. Able to troubleshoot on all products with the customers.
  • Work proactively to oversee and facilitate all aspects of meeting planning in the direct markets.
  • Coordinate and ship marketing collateral and product samples for meetings, product launches and other events.
  • Organize and schedule product trainings and launch trainings as requested.
  • Able to upsell customers on each order.
  • Interested in the field of aesthetics
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle stressful or conflict situations/interactions with internal and external customers.
  •  Ability to manage time with minimal direction and to balance multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Good organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy


This is a remote working position. Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm  You will be set up with a laptop, Phone and headset.
