£30,000-£40,000 depending on experience

Proud to be recruiting for this company as they move offices due to expansion and find themselves requiring a talented, motivated, bubbly Customer Services Manager.

The dream job really for this industry. Monday to Friday with a 3pm finish on a Friday, what is not to love!

You will be professional, engaging, warm, approachable and be able to manage the entire customer services operation of the business along with 2 other members of staff to show a visible human side to their business offering.

Managing client issues, queries, sometimes complaints, the aim is to gain a reputation for absolutely seamless service across the company.

The role is full time and we would like you to have strong knowledge of nails, makeup and the beauty industry in general.

The position is office based.
