A phenomenal Company is opening a flagship store in Marylebone, where they will be offering free treatments to customers to increase the buzz and awareness of our brand!

We are looking for an innovative, driven, and personable Experience Manager to lead a team of Aestheticians providing exceptional skincare and customer service.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead, and motivate team of Aestheticians through effective leadership, driving company values and performance expectations
  • Ensure all store operational procedures, including health and safety, are followed
  • Manage inventory levels, place orders for stock and manage store operating expenses
  • Manage hours & schedules for team of Aestheticians
  • Ensure customer experience is first-class by delivering a personal and tailored service
  • Work alongside the team you manage ensuring they are working in line with company values
  • Work with events coordinator to ensure special events are staffed and run smoothly

 

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proven both high-end spa and retail experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required
  • Advanced knowledge of beauty products
  • Extensive experience of spa policies, use of treatment materials and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients
  • Ideally, Facial therapist experience within the luxury skincare segment, but not required
  • Ability to learn and utilise POS Systems, clientele tools and software
