Customer Experience/Business Development Co-ordinator -New Role


This is a totally new and exciting position for the company.

You will need to be organised driven, ambitious and able to facilitate excellent communication with customers and team members.

You will need to have the personality to build great relationships to achieve business goals

You should have experience of the beauty and retail sector ideally in a senior role with the confidence to lead and oversee a successful team.

You should be confident in your approach and demonstrate good knowledge and execution of excellent customer service.

You need to be able to demonstrate good business acumen and clear understanding of what is required to drive forward a growing and developing business.



The  Applicant – The successful person will have:

  • Proven work experience within the health and beauty sector and now looking to take the next step on their career path
  • In-depth understanding of the professional salon /spa market preferred – ideally qualified in Beauty Therapy – although consideration will be given if not qualified in the field
  • Demonstrable experience in achieving and meeting /setting retail targets within a retail environment
  • Excellent organisational skills to lead and assist in the management of redevelopment projects
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a hands on “can do” attitude
  • Flexibility in their approach, adapting to challenges proactively as they arise
  • Ability to co-ordinate and execute in house promotional events as required
  • Ability to oversee, lead and motivate all team members by example



  • Work directly with the Owner and Key Stakeholders to develop the business under their strategic guidance
  • Build the profile of the business within the local area whilst working with local business initiatives to ensure a cohesive marketing and sales approach
  • Project manage and oversee the new business plan on a day to day basis
  • Proactively oversee and drive business within the beauty salon and retail store
  • Ensure brand consistency at all times in the business
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are set and followed to build and profile the brand presence
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
  • Liaise with in house Design department to ensure sales and marketing opportunities are delivered in a timely fashion to promote the business successfully
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments in order to provide and implement new ways to increase sales across both the beauty and retail area
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service to ensure long-term success
  • Report sales numbers and data as required
  • Oversee, set and monitor sales targets
  • Ensure staff rota’s are provided that understand commercial objectives and which are followed by all team members
