We are looking for a passionate Aesthetician to deliver the signature Hydrafacial with exceptional skincare and customer service.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Examine and analyze client’s skin to evaluate skin conditions and provide skin care recommendations
  • Deliver Hydrafacial signature treatments with outstanding service
  • Perform receptionist duties when required (confirming appointments, checking guests in/out, selling products)
  • Participate in and help organise store events, designed to promote brand image and awareness
  • Be a true ambassador of the brand and contribute to a strong culture and environment
  • Ability to work over a 7-day roster, including weekends & bank holidays

 

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proven both spa and retail experience, preferably in a customer focused, cosmetics environment
  • Minimum NVQ level 3 qualification
  • Ability to provide genuine and personalized treatments and experiences
  • Advanced knowledge of beauty products
  • Extensive experience working within and adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies
  • Ability to learn and utilise POS Systems, clientele tools and software

  • Upbeat, positive, friendly with a love for skin
  • Ideally your experience as an aesthetic therapist will come from an aesthetic clinic background
  • Ability to work well with others, as well as the ability to work independently to drive a successful business
  • Demonstrate professional treatment consultation and application
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting that requires a high degree of multi-tasking, teamwork and adaptability
