So delighted to be recruiting for this beautiful spa nestled deep in the Hertfordshire countryside; My client is a 4 star Georgian country house hotel that believes in impeccable, genuine service with attention to every detail. Enabling guests to escape from it all, but still within easy reach of London, St Pancras and Luton Airport, it is a family-owned luxury hotel that takes rest, relaxation and warm hospitality seriously.

The hotel has over 300 years of history and boasts 128 rooms and suites including 16 individually designed stylish Mews Suites positioned behind private gates. There is also a 2 AA rosette Restaurant, Brasserie, Conservatory Bar, Cocktail Lounge, 14 event rooms including conference, spa and gym. An extensive, three stories of spa development are currently underway, due to open early 2019, bringing state of the art facilities and services for its guests.

The role
As a Spa Treatment Manager you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding treatment standards in the spa, delivering impeccably high standards with their product houses. They are looking for individuals that understand what it takes to be the best and to provide a 5* Service in our 4* Hotel, If you are a team player, keen to learn with a desire to excel, and have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills this is the role for you.

Essential Skills required for the role

•Two years of experience in a similar position and environment with a firm understanding of excellence in customer service. •Spa/Beauty qualification at NVQ Level 3 at least •Experience or knowledge of with Swedish and Aroma Therapy Massage •Well-presented & have excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to work as part of a dedicated and passionate team •A strong commitment to our customers and colleagues •Ability to work in a fast past environment •Flexible approach to working hours including weekends and Bank Holidays •Strong leadership skills •Understanding of planning the therapists schedule depending on the business needs •Stock control and purchasing of products – cabin and retail •Able to do in house training •Able to deal with HR issues… Job chats, appraisals and others •Payroll/ budgets understanding •organising training and Events
