What is important to my business?
A high level of colleague satisfaction is key to the success of any business whether small or big. If your employees are not happy, they won't be delighting the customers or exceeding their expectations. If the customers are not happy they will not come back or use your services as frequently as they normally would. Your employees dictate the success of your business.

How does it work?
You can choose to have a ‘one off' HR project carried out, ad hoc assignments or have an agreed number of hours per month of HR advice whether on site or by phone/email.

How do we get going?
Let's organise a meeting where we can have a chat about whether you need to get HR Support. You can contact Marianne Larsen on +45 50 52 73 35 or email: marianne@larsenHR.com.

Trust
The best places to work actually have very little in common according to Robert Levering, Co-Founder of the Great Place to Work Institute. They do tend to achieve a particularly high level of trust between employees and management. All of them do 3 things very well: open & two-way communications, showing appreciation for good work and treating people as individuals.
